Simon Browner qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and has been practicing Law in Devon since 1987.

He was a partner in a Plymouth firm for many years and has specialised in civil litigation and dispute resolution for most of his professional life. His current workload includes contractual disputes, employment tribunals, debt recovery, contentious probate, landlord and tenant issues and professional negligence claims.

Simon is a Grade A Consultant Solicitor with a personable style of giving expert, no-nonsense advice. This, together with his resolute approach has been a determining factor in bringing a substantial number of our clients’ matters to a successful conclusion without the need for Court Proceedings.
