Re-mortgaging is when you already have a mortgage and are looking to move home, or change to another lender, or you own the property outright but now want to borrow money against it. Or maybe you’re coming to the end of your current deal and you want to negotiate a better one with your current lender, or perhaps you want to try to cut costs, or consolidate debts, or your circumstances have changed through divorce or separation.
If you are thinking about re-mortgaging your home or rental property we are here to help and aim to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. When you come to us you will benefit from clear, practical, easy to understand advice from experienced conveyancers who have helped hundreds of clients with their re-mortgage requirements.
We offer a fixed-fee re-mortgaging service at £595.00 plus VAT.
